This policy applies to paying Software customers on MapLabs.com. When you sign up for Map Labs Software, you are bound by all of the terms stated in the policies throughout this website, including our Terms and Conditions.
Every Google Business Profile and Apple Business Location added to your Map Labs account is billed as part of your Software subscription based on your total number of connected profiles. As you add or remove profiles, your subscription is billed accordingly.

Billing Cycle
Your subscription is automatically charged on your account anniversary date each month, via credit card or ACH. A valid payment method must be kept on file at all times. Your account anniversary date is set by the day of the month your first profile was authorized on the account.
For example: if you added your first profile on the 1st of the month, your account will be charged on the 1st of every subsequent calendar month that your subscription remains active.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel any profile’s subscription at any time, for any reason, without notice. If you cancel mid-cycle, that profile’s services remain active through the end of the current billing period, and the subscription will not renew afterward.
Refunds are not provided for services already delivered, including the remainder of a billing period after a mid-cycle cancellation.
